Hi guys! I've got a problem with this exercise-australian pull up- not because I can't perform it, but there are no that low bars in the parks I work out in. Would you recommend something? I'd be greatful!
I always did them on a table, but be careful though, you need to make sure that it can support your weight and that it's nicely balanced. You could also take a chair or something to the park where you set your feet and do them in the pull-up bar. Get creative! Good luck! And remember, safety first!
