Look bro, calm down. I know what it feels like to work hard and not get the results you want. Especially when so many others are. But you have to understand something, everyone progresses differently. Now if you want to work out abs and shoulders more, that's ok, in fact, I would encourage you to. It's alright if you do one or two exercises more. You don't need a video about it though, just simply do burnout routines, if you do them right, trust me, you will work them out like you want to. You already have the burnout routines for abs, they are in the program. So let me suggest some burnout routines for your shoulders. Although the Push Burnout Routine should be enough, they are excellent!👌🏼

Handstand walk out from wall-Max
Shoulder Ups and Downs-Max
Handstand Hold-Max
Shoulder Burnout Routine 2:
Pike Push-ups-Max
Pulsating Dip Hold-Max
Handstand Hold-Max
