Looking back at some old photos today even being terribly inconsistant I've managed to gain a noticeable amount of mucle in my chest (my weak spot). Hitting levels 3,4,5 I'm not sure what I should do for clap push ups on level six since I still don't have enough wrist flexibility back to do them. Maybe just really explosive?

Yeah, explosive is fine! try to go down very slowly, wait a second on the lowest position and than kaboooom push yourself very high!
do them inclined at a height, that lets you do them clean! and then try to lower yourself everytime you try them, until you are down to the floor.
Update 1 hour later lol I'm laying in bed and I just came up with an idea. This probly won't help anyone except me, but I'm a self centred brat. So my tail bone is still to sore to do sit ups. But I do a sit up in my bed every time I get up and that doesn't hurt. 💡 So I'm bringing abs to bed.

i have no idea but is it really good doing sit ups on your bed? i do not know exactly but your spine is not in the same line than when you are on the ground right?
I'm finding that I can do most other ab exercises just not v sits and sit ups Hitting level 6 tomorrow

Shoulder up and downs. don't seem to affect me and I don't have enough wrist flexibility for lean forwards.

You dont need wrist flexibility for the lean forward, just turn your hand over so that your thumb is pointing to your feet. If you dont understand what I meant I could send a picture, good luck

Been working hard. Kinda mad tho because I just started seeing progress and now I hurt my shoulder snowboarding. Hope fully I'll be back in a week. I got to stop doing this to myself lol.
