Hey, lately I started to notice that im getting sick more common and less energetic in genral. I think its baceuse 1 day of recovery is not enough. So my question is if its ok to rest as much as I feel right? Or should I stick to the program?? Nutrition and sleep is good by the way. Salute!!💪
1 rest day should be enough. Working out should keep you more energetic in general and less sick, if you eat and sleep well that is. My advise - go visit a doctor!
Like Chris said, one rest day should be enough. Although some levels do seem to ask a lot more from you than other levels. I would say to rest max 2 days only if you feel like sh!t that day. But working out usually gives you energy and keeps you healthy. So by no means stop working out, you need the exercise in order to get better in certain way. I'm kind of sick right now, but I'm getting way better everyday and working out has definitely help a lot. Yet my recommendation, same as Chris's, would be to go see a doctor.
