I recently started the full body workout program and have been so sore that I needed to take many rest days in between each workout. I know this might just be because I am not use to working out yet, but is it a bad idea to work every muscle every two days and only have a day of rest between each workout? It seems like if you really work as hard as you can each day, you should be very sore, and unable to workout again after only one rest day. Thanks!
Hahahaha, I just answered this like a minute ago on another thread. Ok ok, first of all, yes, this happens because you aren't used to training like this. I would recommend taking only one rest day in between workouts. But like I said on the other thread, some workouts are far more exhausting and tiring and leave you more sore than others. When that's the case you may take two days of rest max and then get back to working out with one rest day in between. Other than that, just maintain bro, I know it's tough but it's just the beginning. You'll get used to it later. Keep it up bro and good luck!
