Hey everyone, is it ok to eat foods that are cooked in oil, like fries and stuff like that? (Not mcdonalds fries, homade fries)
Well don't we cook most things in oil? lol
I understand what you mean though. And I'd say every once in a while it's fine but definitely don't let it become an addiction haha. My parents usually do that once a week, on Sunday, where we also make a lot of meat so we have it ready for the upcoming days as well. Like you want 80-90% of your nutrition to be healthy foods and then you can have the rest 10-20% of something like that.
Never mind, there's a difference between IN oil and WITH oil haha (about my first sentence). XD
Everything in moderation.
Hahahaha, exactly. Like Gligor said, don't let it become an addiction. I would even go further and say don't do it frequently, but that's just me. You want to have a nice, balanced, "moderate" nutrition. So keep an eye on that.
