I started Chirs's program on Monday with level 5 but I ve been working out for 6 minths now, is it ok to take less rest time than in program is, I think for exemaple: in level 5 you have to do 6 sets of 10 dips with 12p sec rest time but I did 60 secs is it okay?
If you feel like you can, sure. You can adjust the program almost in any way, but yeah bro. You'll be begging for more time in later levels though, Hahahaha. But don't worry about it. You can take less time if you feel like you can perform. Keep it up and good luck!
