Can you tell some healthy foods eith a lots of protein and not chicken breast or fish?
Well the richest protein-foods are meats & fish. However that's not the only ones of course:
-Eggs & Egg whites
-Different kinds of nuts (peanuts, almonds, etc..)
-Milk
-Yogurt (Greek Yogurt)
-Soya
-Beans & Legumes
-Different kinds of cheese
-Oats: not the best but they still have protein
-Seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etc.)
I can't think of anything else, but there's probably still more, like quinoa, etc.
