So right now I am trying to get passed level 11 and i'm almost there. The only problem is that the workout routines that I am doing in this area don't involve calve workouts and I feel like that is a problem. Please let me know what I should do.
Feel free to add calve exercises if you want to. You can adjust the program if you want to little by little.
Would that be a good idea? I just feel like its hard to work out specific body types in this program if you are stuck on a certain level, or am I doing something wrong?

My calves but you suggested just to add calve workouts into me routine. I was just wondering if that was a common thing to do with this workout program. (By that I mean adding workouts)
Yeah, like Gligor said, add calve exercises. Like calve raises, wide calve raises, inner calve raises, and single leg calve raises. Good luck!
Yes you can, and in certain way you should, I would advise you to do so. I do. I also add deadlifts as well as calve exercises to my Leg workouts.
