On level 2 it says 1-4 reps of pull up holds? Isn't it supposed to be a time like 10 sec etc..?
It will become second in the future levels, but for nie just hold until it starts to hurt, thats what chris said

I am not sure, however if you can pull you up, than do it. :-) i don't think there is a false or right, however pulling up is more strenous
