Hey friends,
each year i catch myself missing workouts because i am not motivated to them because it rains the whole day or when i leave school it is allready dark outsight and there is no real possibility to train outside.
I am pretty that some of you, like me, recently missed some workouts because they could not motivate oneself to train because of the bad wheter. i exactly know that feel, it is way more relaxing to stay in the bad, spend some time drinking tea and watching netflix. this is no big problem, if you still workout before or afterwards!:-D
why am i writing about this? i don't know, however i have the feeling that it might motivate some of you to move their ass from the couch and actually go working out!
When it is raining outside, and you can not go to your local training spot, believe me, you can workout in your room. i personally do train in my room in our house.
i do horizontal rows under my table (you do not need to have access to a low pull up bar) or do dips between 2 chairs (be careful, my chairs somethimes slip apart).
You can also do pull ups at your door! put a towel at the top than everything should work! If you maybe live in a old house, and your doors a not very solid like ours, you can buy a movable pull up bar! you can find cheap ones at the internet and somethimes the local supermarkets offer them in their "sport section".
to sum it up, training despite of bad wheter is of course possible! if you do not want to train in the dark cold, do the workout in your room.! however i would recommed you doing some workouts outside even if it is snowing, it sounds a little bit pathetic however you feel like for example christian in his winter motivation video:-D
