Hello , I started last week and I am currently at lvl 3 cuz I wanted to start from lvl 1(my last training was in april) . The question is : 7s up is 1 rep and 7s down is another rep ? Or 7s up 7s down is 1 rep ? It says 4-6 reps, and DAMN. they are so hard to do .... (Sorry for my english , hope you understand what i mean)
Hello Georgescu, great that you started with the programm.
When you do normal push ups, than the up and down movement together is one rep. it is the same with the 7 seconds up and 7 seconds down push ups. the whole 14 seconds movement is one rep. and bro i feel you, they are the hardest exercise i know really. i allready trained before, had a good overall strength however the first time i did this exercise i could not do one rep. it was sooo hard, i was so annoyed and dissapointed, but it is great, you will see good results sooner than you can imagine

Great answer by Josef. Yeah bro, just stay patient and determined and you will get this bro. Coming up to one year training and I still consider this one of the hardest exercise overall. Great for building strength!
