I'm level 11. These days I decide to start split workouts because everytime I have no time to do legs and core really well. Is better doing split workouts? I was thinking:
Sunday pull and push
Monday Legs and core
Tuesday Pull and push
Wednesday Legs and core
Thursday pull and push
Friday legs and core
Sarurday rest
Hi Andrea, I think that s a good split , working equally on muscle groups, i will put here what Daniel said in another topic:"Example 1: Upper Body and Lower Body
Monday-Push and Pull
Tuesday-Legs and Core
Wednesday-Push and Pull
Thursday-Legs and Core
Friday-Push and Pull
Saturday-Legs and Core
Sunday-Rest
Example 2: Upper Body Mixed With Lower Body
Monday-Push or Pull and Legs or Core
Tuesday-The opposite of Monday
Wednesday-Same as Monday
Thursday-Same as Tuesday
Friday-Same as Monday
Saturday-Same as Tuesday
Sunday-Rest" 😀
You can always adapt the program to your time ! Keep working and never give up my friend!
Thank, I wait chris' answer too
The question isn't whether split training is better than full body workouts. They both work and they are both great. Not one is better than the other, both are awesome if you know how to do them. And yes, your split training looks good to me. Also, try to do cardio on Legs and Core! That's probably one of the best tips I could give you. Other than that, keep it up bro!
Also, I forgot to say what the question should be: Which one works best for you(time, strength, convenience)? If splits adapt better to your schedule, then do splits. If not, then full body workouts. In fact, I prefer Full body workouts, I just don't have the time so I do splits.
Exactly like Daniel said. It's a matter of preference and time efficiency.
I would have said the same thing! Great comments guys!
