Hello guys, can anyone explain why my left chest is slightly bigger than my right ??? I've been training for 6 months and I've gained a lot of chest muscle but the left one is always bigger somehow.... Thank you in advance 💪
While I can't tell you exactly what's happening, I would suggest video recording yourself doing exercises like dips and push ups and make sure that you have proper form on both sides. If one arm shoots out a lot more on your dips, for example, you might expect that over time one part of your chest would develop differently.
Then you can compare yourself to videos of other people like Chris and see what you can improve upon. Good luck!
Good advice. There's a good chance that this is the cause, but sometimes it's something you "can't" change. Look at Lazar's forearms for example, his right one is way bigger than his left one.
It's normal sooner or later the other side is going to be identical just keep doing what you do
Or it could just be genetics you know. I've actually seen a couple of guys who share exactly the same problem.
Genetics. The fewest persons are completely symmetrical. I have my flaws as well!
Thanks everyone 💪
