Hey I just wanted to know what you guys think about my first air walk. I never practiced this thing, I just tried it once when I was starting out (Couldn't do it, of course), and now I recorded this video after my yesterday's workout (hence my grip was already tired) for fun (I was trying out stuff I couldn't do when I started out).. It needs some more practice to synchronize and a better song, but I think it's okay. And yes, I "stole" the idea from Daniel's vid thing XD

I love air walk movements because they look so simple however are so hard to achieve. i remember myself watching air walks and i had the impression, come on guys that looks so easy, this is easy i can do that to... walked directly to a pull up bar and buuum big dissapointment,i didn't like the reality
funny thing, i had the same mistake while watching front lever videos. i went to the pull up par and did a hanging l-sit and felt like a king:-D i thought this is a frontlever and was confused why all the people wrote about beast mode and make progressions about frontlever when i could achieve them so easy:-D

Thanks bro! Hahahahaha that's actually same as me, I did an L-sit and I thought damn I did the front lever this thing is not hard, and then when I recorded myself I was like.. Uhh.. Okay. hahaha
