Hello, I have been stuck on level 4 for a while because I want to hit the max reps for pull-ups and dips. I'm not sure how to go about increasing my reps. I currently can do 2 pull-ups for 4 sets, and 4-5 dips for 4 sets. I'd like to be able to get to 4x4 pull-ups and 4x10 dips. if someone can tell me how I can increase my reps it would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.
Pacience and effort is the short answer. Just keep working hard at them and soon you'll be able to do 10 pull-ups and dips. Determination. Go Beast Mode! Good luck!
