Do you have any rest between each excercise or do you just move to the next excercise and will this help tone up my abs when doing it every rest day
Rest between exercises if you need to. Don't train on rest days :)
No rest between exercises but rest between sets. Definition in muscles comes down to a low enough body fat percentage (%), to do that you need to burn more calories than you eat, you will burn calories doing the fat burning routine yes, but definitely take care of your nutrition.
Hey Jack,
i would recommed you that you do not do it on every rest day. like you said it is your rest day, please make sure that you have minimum one day per week where you really relax and give your body time to regenerate, this is really important, otherwise you do not get ahead because you come into a light overtraining. and what gligor answered is very important, no success without the right nutrition, you can do tons of fat burning workouts however when you do not eat the right healthy food + calorie deficit. you will not lose fat at all.
