I started before one month(the beginning of November)
I can do around 3-4 clean pull ups 8-10 dips.

can you tell us something about your goals? did you settle a specific goal for example reaching special amount of reps until spring or whatever. when you started month ago, how many pull ups could you do? probably none or? 3-4 is great for one month!!
Hey,i started to train summer but i was going like 2-3 times per month,i was so lazy,playing computer games, on octoboer i tried go to the gym i didnt like it so i started calistencs,i saw christian`s video.I just love the idea of full body controll i always wanted to do like 10 pull ups in a row,muscle ups.My main point now is to do 10 pull ups around February,and my dream the muscle up,from there front level etc,planche,but my main thing is to do 10 pull ups its my dream :),and lose the belly fat,i try to eat as clean as i can.
At the beging of november i could do 2 pull ups,3-4 dips,now i can do 4 pull ups and 8-10 dips.The pull movements are my dream,i want to do explosive pull ups ,archer,typewriter.If i lose the belly fat and my hands grow,i`m so motivated i want to train every day.

keep up the good work! you will focus times where you will see no results, i promise you brother, however you can go through them and make your way up! i believe in you! consist hard work, good nutrition, enough sleep! :-)
TY,how are u,i mean what level are u doing and so on?
I have no specific goal, i train in the moment just to equalize my week. however i am going to finish shool at march and after that i want to focus on reaching the levers. i struggle with the tucked ones. sadly i am kind of sick at the moment, then i am feeling healthy for one day, rest another and than BAM again, so constant training is somehow not really possible :-)

Hi guys,today i did my first chicken muscle up.
That's awesome bro! But I'll tell you from experience.........don't do chicken wing muscle ups! You'll get injured! Better do explosive pull-ups, tigerbend and shuttle push-ups, and straight bar dips. Do muscle ups with momentum, but without chicken winging Hahahaha

so i`m litle sad but so motivated,
i started to do chin ups instead of pull ups,and wide pull ups,in the rest day i do one set max chin ups.
i can do 5x10 dips
3x4 wide pull ups
3x5 pull ups
3x6 chin ups,
i`m sad because i`m so bad at those pull ups,
i started to do negatives,if i do 5 reps in one set then i do 3 negatives so i hit 8,if i do 4 pull ups i do 4 negatives,if i do 6 pull ups i do 2 negatives.My hand started to get litle muscler i mean more muscle definition.

P.S. What do you mean by hand definition?

Personally, I just think practice. Although there are many videos on YouTube that may answer your question. Btw, don't workout in your rest days, not even a little bit. Rest!
