Hey everyone, every time im doing an exercise that puts alot of weight on the triceps, I feel pain in my elbows, this pain is not happening when im doing chest primarily exercises like push ups/wide push ups/dips... So what should I do, im not able to finish level 11 because of the pain so im going back to level 9. How can I overcome this and be strong and injury free again? Thanks alot👌
I'm just going to jump in and say that I have the same question, lol. Well, I think form definitely matters. Make sure you are doing the exercises with correct form so you prevent further injury. Overload is also a probable cause as well. Just rest Push for a day or two, stretch moderately, and stay calm. You'll be back to normal if you just wait instead of forcing things. Hope you recover! Other than that, I would really like to know what else could be done in this situation. Any tips guys? Thanks.💪🏼
Oh! Btw, I was recovering from the same thing these past few days and I tried to do a one arm push-up with my "injured" arm(so stupid of me) and just worsened the situation. So don't try any monkey business like I did. Just rest, relax, and you'll be back in no time!
I have experienced elbow pain as well. especially in tigerbend push ups and muscle ups. You have to immediatly stop or adjust an exercise if it hurts - don't do something that hurts. But you still have to find a way to strengthen the muscles around your elbow so you can progress into the things that used to hurt. Understand what I mean?
