Hey guys, new to this system and loving it so far. Ive previously been doing the odd work out here and there and have started at level 4 which i completed on Monday with max reps and sets, today (Wednesday) however i am still fairly sore in my upper body, decided to do a split and just work out legs and core but am just curious as to whether its OK to work out when you are still sore from the previous session or wait another day?
