Hey guys,
I just started the full body workout program 2 or 3 weeks ago. I had no problems with level 1 and 2, so I moved on to level 3. I had to work on level 3 probably 4 times or so and then went to level 4. I have probably done level 4 about 4 or 5 times. I thought you usually do a new level each time you workout, or maybe sometimes do one twice or something, but no this much. I felt kind of stuck at this level, so I went back and did level 3 again, but I am still having trouble getting the full reps on level 4. I can usually do the very bottom limit, like say 4 reps 4 times if it says 2-4 sets of 4-10 reps. I don't think I should move on if I can only do the very least that is required, but at the same time, I'm not sure it is the best idea to repeat the same excersices every other day until I can do twice as many reps. Is this the way the program is set up, or am I doing something wrong? Thanks!
hey matt dont worry man i stated calisthenics workouts around 3 or 4 months but i am still in level 6 .NEVER GIVE UP!!!you can get more results by doing max sets and reps
