Hey Eliasy
why do you want to start in the summer? You would miss the chance to build up a lot of strength in the month before. i do not understand you bro.
it is snowing outside okey, i understand, i also do not like it to train outside when it is rainy, windy or it is snowing, i feel you.
but this is no argument for nor skipping your workouts elias :-) you can mostly all of the core, push exercises in your room and leg exercises really fit the quote "anythime anywhre". ok for training pull ups you need some objects, i agree with you. but you can train horizontal rows (australian pull ups) under a table or you can do pull ups at your door.
If you are a beginner, you can build up some basic strength over the winter, and than, in spring you are able to go outside and to rock these bars!
But do not start with saying "i want to start in SUMMER", i know that moment to good, "oh i start next week", 4 weeks later i did not do anything at all.
Couldn't have said it better👌🏼💪🏼
I was thinking the same thing when I read elias' thread. And I definitely agree. It is after all elias' decision but if you have the inspiration but you're not doing anything, that's the worst thing you can do possibly.
Or you can just buy a pull up bar for the door and until you will need to do muscle ups there will be fall
