How long does it take on average to complete your full body workout with proper rest mentioned in the level?

some here. sometimes a bit longer, if you do max sets and reps for all excercises.

i do it 3 times a week, so its ok. before that, i did split training where i trained 5-6 days in a row with 40-60 minutes a day. it just takes that time, working hard for your targets!
if you want to train more often, but having shorter workouts you can try this split:
day 1: level 1 pull&push
day 2: level 1 legs&core
day 3: level 2 pull&push
day 4: level 2 legs&core
day 5: break
day 6: level 3 pull&push
day 7: level 3 legs&core
day 8: level 4 pull&push
day 9: level 4 legs&core
day 10: break.....
I mean it's a full body workout.. Splits usually take 50 minutes or something like that. You also have a rest day the other day. You can do splits if you find it too long.

i acctually talked to my boss to get off work earlier to get the workout done before dinner. monday, wednesday and friday i finnish work at 3 pm now. you should see the faces of the colleagues, when i walk out the office that early. i just have to smile every time :D
