Hey everyone, I was wondering of its okay to eat the same meals every day. every meal will be diffrent from one another, but for example: breakfast eating the same thing every day, for lunch eating the same thing every day and so on.. Is this thing is not healthy or is that alright?? Thanks alot
For health matter, it's not bad if you get adequate vitamins and macros and the meals are 90% healthy foods. The upside is you will "know" your macros and calories because you're always eating the same, so if you hit a plateau, subtract or add foods. It might get boring though on the way, that's the downside. But no, it doesn't hurt the health as far as I know.

first of all the most important thing is that your meals are all healthy. And if all your meals give you the required calories, good fats, protein and carbs everything seems fine for me. However i am pretty sure that it is quite boring to eat the same meal every day. Come one, every day the same? there is in my eyes absolutely no reason fpr eating every day the same :-) you can find a loooooot off recipes on the internet or you might go to a book store and buy a book about cooking ! :-) cooking is really fun for me, i do not do it every often because i eat the meal my mother makes for the whole family, but i really recommend you to add more different meals to your nutrition plan.
