Any ideas how do i split the full body workout level?
Sure, example 1:
Monday-Push or Pull and Legs or Core
Tuesday-Opposite from Monday
Wednesday-Same as Monday
Thursday-Same as Tuesday
Friday-Same as Monday
Saturday-Same as Tuesday
Sunday-Rest
REPEAT!!!
Example 2:
Same as Example 1, except you rest on Wednesday and Saturday. Which means you do Push, Pull, Legs, and Core 2 times(sometimes 3) a week with 2(sometimes 3) rest days. If you have any more questions or doubts, feel free to share them here!
