Hello guys, so i did a workout split and im doing pushing day and pulling day, both with legs. The point is that i am going to start practicing skills before the workouts ( handstand,planche, levers,human flag)
i was thinking on separating them on pushing skills: handstand & planche
pulling skills : levers & human flag
so my question is... should i do pushing skills on pushing days or on pulling days? same with pulling skills.
