Calisthenics Unity

Hello guys, so i did a workout split and im doing pushing day and pulling day, both with legs. The point is that i am going to start practicing skills before the workouts ( handstand,planche, levers,human flag)

i was thinking on separating them on pushing skills: handstand & planche
pulling skills : levers & human flag

so my question is... should i do pushing skills on pushing days or on pulling days? same with pulling skills.

I would say that you can train your handstand progression before every workout because it does not require that much strength, i think the balance is here the problem :-D
the questions wheter you should do them before the pulling or pushing workout can not be answered :-) i think you have to try out both possible ways! it can be that your arms feel tired and you have no strength left after training the lever progression before the pulling workout, so training planche before puling would be more in your interest. however you have to find it out by doing both ways!

but i am interested in your progressions routines? What do you try to achieve? :-)
I include the planche progressions in my pulling day (dips, pike push ups, diamonds, planche forward leans :-) and the levers on my pulling day (pull ups (after that pull overs), tucked front and back lever holds) :-)
