when doing a set, do you do all reps on a leg and then move to the other? or do you intercalate between them?

i switch every rep.

Depends on the exercise. There's "Pistol Squats" where I do them all reps on one leg and then all reps on the other one. And then there's the "Alternating pistol squats" where you alternate between legs. At least that's how i do them..

You could go either way but I do one leg at a time
