hey guys ! just asking few questions, so i am 15 years old, and i want to gain muscle but keep my abs i think i am mix of ecto and mesomorphs and just want your opinion on this meal plan so:
6.45 : breakfast : oats milk water banana ( sometimes i had eggs or make some healthy pancakes )
9.45 : sandwich with ham or tuna with some lettuce etc...
12.00 : rice with chicken and some vegetables with a fruit
16.00 : ( pre workout ) oats eggs fruits
20.15 : dinner : pasta with salmon or whatever my mom cooks
I go to sleep around 22.00
so this is not all day but just an example, i don't count my calories but i'm eating a lots... what do you thing of my meal plan ? what's you're advice ?
This sounds like a great plan bro. Check how it goes for a few months, if you can still see your abs and gained size, you're doing it right, if you lost definition, then you should have eaten a bit less calories meaning you gained fat as well as muscle obviously, and if you stayed the same (you can gain strength staying the same size though) then you have to eat more calories. The meal plan is great honestly.

Of course I have personal restrictions of mine. Because it was winter and I got in bit more sugar than usual, I started not to eat sugar again (chocolate & sweet things, of course I eat carbs from fruits vegetables and grains), so I won't be eating it will June or something like that. I don't eat chips, fast food and all that stuff, and like I said I try to eat little to no sweets. Basically just eat as healthy as possible. :P
