Hello guys I'm going to start working out soon with calisthenics and I was wondering if this is a good diet btw I'm an ectomorph 15 years old(almost 16 in a month😃) [152 lbs] 5,11 I look pretty skinny, we'll this is the diet plan I have.
At 6:30 in the morning before I go to school i eat oatmeal with walnuts,honey and milk, I drink water and natural compress juice could be apple juice or orange etc btw I'm drinking 3 liters of water per day.
I'm making sandwiches that will contain whole wheat bread with melted cheese on them, I will add egg, chicken, tuna,tomatoes and bean sprouts.
At 9:30 Am I will eat my first sandwich
At 11:30Am I will eat two of my sandwiches and two fruits
At 1:30 in eat my last sandwich
At 3:30 in will eat launch healthy of course.
After my workout I will bring a banana and an egg for fast proteins
At 7:30 in eat what my mom makes, it could be something with rice potatoes, and vegetables, steak, fish etc.
I will also eat low fat Greek yogurt high in protein.
So what do you guys think of this diet routine? Please tell me if I need to change something etc Thanks
Souns good and interesting in my poinien, how is it going? My tip is to try to give youre best now at the beginning, I'am into my journey for like 125 days and everything got way more difficult, but hey, giving up is not an option for me.
