I'm kind of lost on what calorie range i should be eating in because i need to lose just a tiny bit of belly fat. So i put in -400 on the calculator and everything else was normal and it shows that i need to eat about 3200 calories a day which for me seems like quite a lot because i used to eat 3000 calories and i kind of slowly gained weight.
I would really appreciate it if i got a little bit of help on this. Like if i should just try it out for a few weeks and see where i'm at or just anything would help!
