So I did a post recently asking about bulking and cutting and also asked if intermittent fasting was worth it. (Shout out to my boy gilgor for being a boss and replying so fast!). Anyways, I think i'm going to try intermittent fasting to try and get my body fast percentage from 14-15% to about 11-10% which is my goal. I was just wondering how i should do it. Like i understand the concept of don't eat in this time frame and then eat during this time frame etc etc but how much should i eat? should i eat 2800 (recommended by the calculator ty chris) or should i eat less than that? That's where I get confused. can you use intermittent fasting to gain muscle by just eating a surplus of calories in the time frame or is it counter productive to do that? and should i follow what the calculator says in terms of calories proteins etc and just eat that amount in the time I have? I am very confused :/

I wanna say thanks to Chris for being such a bro and creating this website for people like me who want to get strong and be able to do everything we have always wanted to. I am very close to being able to do that calisthenics unity requirements so Chris better get ready to put a new video up on youtube :P
