So I have run into a problem. I am getting really tired of eating eggs, tuna, chicken and other fishes that aren't tuna for my proteins. not to mention it can't be super healthy to be eating eggs and tuna on such a frequent schedule due to the cholesterol in eggs and mercury in fish. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for proteins that I could also get at the store to try and balance out my diet a little more. Carbs and fats are easy to get from nuts, oats, hummus, beans etc so i'm not too worried about those but any suggestions for those would be appreciated as well
NOTE: I am not rich so I can't buy super high end foods so try to keep any suggestions within the realm of average person salary
