Hey guys, what do I do if I had a huge binge meal in between my lunch and dinner. I had a load of carbs between lunch and dinner before I went to work out and I don't think I used all of it in my workout. Would this result in any set backs? And what should I do?
Depends if you're cutting fat, it might be bad but good at the same time, either way in whatever you're doing (cutting/bulking), make sure you don't do it often, like if it's once a month or even less, good, but if it's like 3-4 times a week then you might have a problem with your nutrition (you're not happy with it or something). Don't worry about it, drink tons of water now, and at least you burnt *some* of it in the workout, instead of sitting on the couch or something, so it's not a big deal, you just fueled yourself up before the workout haha :)
