Hey, can someone please help with the types of food I should be eating with this nutrition guide? If you could just make a list of the different types of foods that would be great.

Of course all kinds of meets (but with low fat percentage), fish, whole wheet bread, oatmeel is also very good, all kinds of nuts: walnuts, peanuts etc, seeds, milk, diary products, fruits and vegetables, rice etc. Try to eat this in good proportions and the results will be great!!
