I know the nutrition guide hasn't been up for very long. Was just wondering if Chris had any intentions of posting recipes, or examples of a whole day/weeks meal plan? Also. I support this movement! Absolutely love the program. Was just wondering if anyone knows much about the Bar Brothers nutrition guide, or if it is similar to Chris'? I understand he isn't a part of bar brothers anymore, never hurts to get insider, and information from multiple sources though. Thank you! Salute!
As far as I know Chris doesn't prefer 'diet plans' or similar, but of course I don't wanna sound like a smart-ass so wait for his reply haha, I don't have either of the nutrition programs, but I think in a concept they wouldn't be much different (the basics: macros, calories etc etc.), I don't know lol.
