I know the nutrition guide hasn't been up for very long. Was just wondering if Chris had any intentions of posting recipes, or examples of a whole day/weeks meal plan? Also. I support this movement! Absolutely love the program. Was just wondering if anyone knows much about the Bar Brothers nutrition guide, or if it is similar to Chris'? I understand he isn't a part of bar brothers anymore, never hurts to get insider, and information from multiple sources though. Thank you! Salute!

As far as I know Chris doesn't prefer 'diet plans' or similar, but of course I don't wanna sound like a smart-ass so wait for his reply haha, I don't have either of the nutrition programs, but I think in a concept they wouldn't be much different (the basics: macros, calories etc etc.), I don't know lol.

okay, thank you for the input. I started the workout program just under two weeks ago. LOVE IT! Body really seems to react well to the body weight training. Actually really surprising how changing my nutrition/diet and finding the right workout has already made noticeable changes to my body. Cant wait to see where I'm at months down the road. Glad i made the choice to change. I will wait in hope that Chris will get back to me with some feedback.

I think nobody in the bodybuilding/fitness area will be willing to help you with a meal plan. And that's a good thing. You've to think about what you're actually doing, not just follow a plan you don't understand. Count your cals and macros and find what food in your region would fit. Btw I think the BBrothers guide would be basically the same. Read the bodybuilding forum and go through youtube for "full day of eating" videos.

Thanks for the feedback. I guess what I was asking if for examples of what a whole days meals. Recipes. Ect. Just to get an idea of what other people are doing. I've been planning mine a week at a time. Cooking every evening for the day ahead like Chris recommends. I'll check at that forum.
