Hi chris, I also bought the bar brothers' nutrition guide and they recommend doing a 33-33-33% carbs, fat, and protein split per meal to minimize insulin spikes from too much carbohydrates during one meal. According to them, minimizing big insulin jumps reduces the chance of fat being stored in the body. I know you recommend about 55-25-20% carbs, fat, protein. Why exactly? What is your take on the barbeothers' structure? Thanks ;)
