I was wondering if there is any bulk foods i can make a lot of one day and portion it out over the week that meets the requirements of the diet plan.
You can make sandwiches with whole wheat bread and put in tuna, eggs that are high in protein and other stuff like chesse,tomatoes..

I like to make a big pan of chicken. Say my weekly/daily intake. Then add a whole bunch of veggies in the mix. Store it. And then I can eat on it all week/day. Along with my sides like rice, fruits, eggs. I can make the chicken and rice in bulk and store it all week.
