I'm just starting this program and I feel as though the nutrition guide is extremely complicated. For every meal that you eat do you have to way the grams then calculate the calories to make sure you are getting enough? Or should I instead just calculate the number of grams of each food group and not count the calories as you said and see how i feel after eating? I feel like weighing and calculating food, especially when you are eating different things everyday is time consuming.
