I saw in the pancake video that he used penaut butter. Is it healthy? Because I saw on the contaibser that it has too many calories and fats, should I eat it?

Peanuts have healthy fats. You can actually make a homemade peanut butter for less added sugar by blending peanuts with honey and maybe a little bit of oil if you need to. If you're trying to lose weight (fat), you should probably add/eat less of it due to the high calories as you said, mainly cuz of the fats, but if you actually know what you're doing and know that at the end of the day you'll eat in a calorie deficit, there should be no problem.
Peanut butter is very healthy and great to gain muscle. If someone says it's unhealthy, its wrong. He/she probably just means that it contains many calories, which is not good if you want to loose weight.
