Hello Chris. I was just wodnering. I'm around 10% body fat and I want to get down to about 8% so my abs will be more defined. But I also want to build more muscle and gain weight. What is your recommendation to accomplish that?

Yes I got your nutrition guide. So if I follow your guide and eat more calories, meet my macronutrient levels, and follow your workout plan I will gain weight by adding muscle and not fat? I really like both your workout and nutrition plan I'm just making sure I understand completely because it seems everywhere else I read that you have to have a caloric deficit to get your body fat% down.
