Hi, I have a question: Eat eggs every day is bad? Personally I eat 1 egg a day after my workout. How many eggs a week/day you eat? Thanks

I eat around 2 eggs a day in average. Try to read some different articles, they all have very different opinions. Some say 3 a day, some say only 3 a week..
I say, don't be too hysterical. 1-3 a day is probably not a problem!
