Hello Chris. Just wondering do you go through a bulking and then cutting period or do you just always eat the same amount of calories year round?
As I mention in the nutrition guide, I do "lean bulking". I have a really good sense of how much I need to consume during the day, and when. In the beginning I put together a little plan for myself and used the "Calculator" (Included in the nutrition guide), but after a few weeks, I got a good feeling of it and was able to control it myself.
