Been using the nutrition guide for 2 days now, love it so far, just little weird to eat exactly like there is written but i'm getting used to it :)
Just one problem, it says you have to drink 1l water in the morning, but i just can't, i can drink about 0,5 but i just start feeling bad when i drink 1l water like i wake up 7am something in the morning and 8am starts school, i need to do other things to and i just can't drink it like in a hurry or how you call it, i've been drinking 0,5l water, don't know if that enough, that's why i'm asking you guys your opinion + i drink my coffee and one cup of milk too.

You should be fine. If anything you can just drink 0,5l when you wake up and 0,5 liter in your first hour of school :) The most important thing is that you get all the water you need throughout the day - exactly when you get it, doesn't matter as much.
