So if i eat 4black breads with cheese on it + glass of milk, i calculated and it shows i get all the calories and protein, fats and cabrohydraties(howyoucallit) that i need, is it ok, or do you only need to get these protein from eggs, fish etc?
Protein from milk & cheese is very good too. And you're not always going to eat eggs, fish, so it's a good 'substance. And you're not always going to have eggs, fish in the fridge and so on.. So yes I'd say the protein source is good, after all believe me quality over quantity matters, you don't wanna just get the number (idk like what 2g of protein per body weight kg) from like protein bars or some crappy things like that, so milk is an excellent protein source imo, but be careful from the fats (if you're dropping your body fat %, because 1 gram of fat is 9 calories, and also health issues). As far for the bread, a lot of people don't eat most bread types, I think they eat the whole-grain one or something for health issues and even fat loss, but I don't think you should worry a lot, after all it's good for carbs source.
