Hi Everyone
I workout for 8 1/2 months.
And in the first months i was not so hard to workout because i got a lot of spare time. But since august i finished school and started to work.
Since there i havent much spare time ( because the workout session takes 3 1/2 hours). And because of that small spare time, i havent much time to eat healthy and enough. So i started to think about use supplements ( weight gainer). In the internet there are a lot of threads about supplements and they said you can get easy calories and gains mass ( it wasnt advertising or some kind of that).
Please tell me if some of you use supplements and your opinions :)
