hey all,
i am struggling with my diet. accorsing the calculatir i should eat 3700kcal a day. Since i started training this week and have yet to buy a scale for measuring my meals, i decided i would start increasing my daily intake. however i have a few issues and struggles, i'll explain below. but first i would like to share my daily intake as is now:
morning;
06.00; glass of water (500ml)
06:30; (arrival at work) half bucket of Arla Skyr with muesli in it.
09.30; 4 slices of whole grain bread with peanut butter and 1 egg + and milk vitamin drink (goodmorning milk drink).
afternoon
12.30; plate of spaghetti alla bolognese (plate of local italian restaurant, where the bolognese sauce is homemade out of fresh tomatoes)
15.30; prior to working out; 2 pancakes of egg, oat meals and bananas
16.30; working out
after working out; half bucket of skyr with muesli .
18;00; dinner, usually rice with chicken and some vegetables or patatoes with meat.
21.00 6 sliches of whole grain bread with peanut butter
22.00; 2 bananas
the thing is; it is kind if hard to weigh my afternoon meals and when we make our evening dinner, usually we mix the ingedrients during cooking.. i am an ectomorph in the purest form and am wondering how exact i need to be on daily intake.
would it be beneficial to make my own afternoon meals instead of cooked by a restaurant to guarantee my daily intake. another issue is the daily amount of fats and proteins.. i am just a bit lost!
it would help me (us?) if we could share various meals. Also meals u could eat cold due to the fact that i don't have the luxury to heat my meals on my work.
a long story, but i hope to get a nutrition topic ongoing, where we share knowledge and experiences!
