So, I have personally decided to go vegan and gluten free and I'm 14 years of age. After watching the nutrition guide about no stressing yourself out I was thinking maybe I should go dairy free and gluten free, or vegetarian and gluten free, or just stay how it is and work around the meat and dairy and replace it with vegetables like beans and chickpeas. What are your thoughts of what I should do? If you aren't sure just reply that you don't, it's still all good
