i know your answered this question 24 days ago however i am bored and searched for threads without any answers.
There is no specific food for loosing fat because in the end of the day you have to be under your daily intake. nevertheless you should try to eat as healthy as possible. do not ignore the fats, they have a bad presetige but healthy fats are important for your body :-)
Maybe you could stick to the nutrition guide or you can try out the bulletproof coffe (we talked about it in the forum) and couple it with a low carb diet.
