Last January 6th i started with this programm, its almost a year. When i started i though its easier to getting ripped and becoming stronger. Sadly i realised that nutrition is key and without a healthy and balanced nutrition your body wont change.
I decided to take a closer look on the nutrition part so that i get bigger/better gains. My nutrition guide for the next week looks like this.
Breakfest: Cereals, A bit of greek Yoghurt, 3dl milk
Lunch: Rise or Noodles, vegetables and some meat ( Lunch i eat in canteen.
Before wornout; not sure what i should eat there and how much
After workout/Dinner: Whatevet my mom cooks ( noodles,rise, bread,cheese,meat)
Before i go to bed: Skyr (greek Yoghurt)
Now i would like to now if this nutrition guide works or if i should channge something.
