Hi Chris can you make a long video of making planche tutorial...I really want to learn it :-)

No video of making just tutorial XDD

If I'm not wrong Chris never trained for the planche so he can't do the full one I think, he can obviously do the tuck one but I don't know if he can do straddle or so.. Maybe he began training for it but taller guys have a harder time achieving lever exercises (front/back lever, planche and so on), not impossible but it's just physics lol (let along if you're tall and overweight).
Well it's pretty much about progressions.
Tuck planche hold, then you can do tuck planche push ups, then do one leg out (?) planche, then straddle then the full one, and do push ups of each when you master the hold for more strength.
